Admitting they never understood the magnitude and history behind one of the biggest rivalries in the UK is genuinely staggering. KLD can't be that naive surely.
I said, the second the draw was made, that it would be nothing more than a nuisance ... ... I was being too kind.
EM, SD confirmed non-digital tickets season tickets would continue to be available next season. thats good at least
The BCB bar fiasco was someone stupid decision, thankfully they removed the signs. Still don't get all the fuss about the 6000 tickets, they were entitled to ask for 15% and they didnt get the 15% they ended up with 6000.
I don't mind them having meetings, but when they put statements like the majority of fans have had enough, that isn't my view or any safc fan I knows opinion. Yes they have made a few mistakes, but the club is in lot better position than it has been for years
Certainly does with me, although I think the club is required to do this twice a year (might be making it up but something in my head saying its an EFL rule). KLD does not have to be there though, dont think he would of been there if he didnt care about making things better. The fact all of the senior management appeared to be there is a positive sign for me. What is important now is that the actions the club have said they will make are followed up on. I was disappointed with some answers for sure but I did feel a bit more positive after reading it that progress is going to be with off field issues and that fan communication will also improve going forwards. Time will tell on this, but for me Im looking forward to just talking about the footy for a bit!
Just don’t get that he didn’t know about this fixture he’s a football man so surely to **** he knew of the hatred. Not arsed about the 6000 fans as that was the rules but the bar!!! if they smash it up because of the colours it reflects badly on them and they need to pay for it, to just change it to make them feel at home is just ****ing stupid.
EFL regulations state they have to hold at least two meetings/fans forums per year The last RAWA meeting was nearly a year ago in February 23, I’m guessing the talk in at Pop Recs also counts towards this otherwise they’d be cutting it close in risking a fine from the EFL.
The team on the pitch as it is now, everything else no, if he is telling the truth and he knew nothing about it, some of the people working beneath him shouldnt be employed and that doesnt just mean the person who decided it was fine to redecorate the BCB, also SD in those minutes said he didnt think they would get anywhere by pushing back on the ticket allocation, after that jokers performances over the years, we know he isnt very good at thinking and should have pushed back anyway
