That'd be a huge blow given the other wide players we've got out. Really does feel this might be the end of our run.

    Dibling ahead of SAA tbh.
    Wouldn't discount Stuey starting RW.

    KWP could start there too.

Still 3 days until the game so it could just be precautionary. We are ****ed if he is out with Sulemana and Edozie still not back but he may well be fit yet

Would be typical, finally gets a clear run of starts, in fantastic form and picks up an injury. Hopefully he hasn’t, but if he has, and given all our other absentees... who would you play there?
I’d probably start Stu LW, and bring Alcaraz back in to the middle. If we wanted to be a little more conservative we could have a midfield 3 of Downes, Charles and Smallbone but might stifle our attacking play a bit. Nice to now have Rothwell as an option, but would assume it’s too soon for him to start. Dibling, SAA, Mara, Rothwell as attacking options from the bench.

I would expect so, He did play Alcaraz as a false 9 too, so he could play a diamond and have 2 strikers leading the line.

We have plenty of talented youth wingers. Don’t meddle and stick one in!

Armstrongs on the wings. Rothwell or Charles in at CM.

    Sorted.

Yeah, wouldn't shock me if he plays the Armstrongs out wide, Che through the middle and gives Charly a game. Smallbone and Downes in midfield in slightly deeper roles. I don't see him dropping Smallbone after saying that it was his best game in a Saints shirt last time out.

Or maybe a two fullbacks, one pivot, right and left half, an inside right and inside left makes more sense.

Agreed, I see this as basically the difference between a scaffold plank and a bullocks foot....

Maybe Ryan has just taken up photography, and wanted to be behind the camera for a change

You'd know if that were the case, all the photos would be of our players' knees.
