If Beale is as good a coach as we've been told then he needs to get hold of this team and put his mark on it. If we start sliding down the table, then the crowd could turn. People saw that the team was struggling under Mowbray but no one thought he would be sacked. That decision is down to Speakman and it needs to be shown it's the right one.
