Try not to believe things like that but as I said can see where these theories come from.

Lads been blowing out his arse for weeks and as a direct result having less and less influence.

He isn't capable - that was evident at rangers - speakman has made a monumental cock up here.

I get the model needs flex comment however im not against us still signing young players but need to be championship ready

Linked with harrison burrows from Peterborough, he would be a cracking signing - young but loads of games under his belt

Not sure yet tbh, McKenna has been there three years and Ipswich looked all over the place at times.

I'll need to take a step back and look at things in the cold light of day, too wound up atm.

They needto go and spend money on a striker that can give us an outball option, no more bullshit, we have no plan B and it is our undoing, nobody is saying become Wimbledon 1994, but we need the option.

No more bullshit, go and buy a striker with over 150 games of high level football, go and do it now.

Maybe the **** performances are purposeful to make it easier to keep hold of our players during the window.

If Beale is as good a coach as we've been told then he needs to get hold of this team and put his mark on it. If we start sliding down the table, then the crowd could turn. People saw that the team was struggling under Mowbray but no one thought he would be sacked. That decision is down to Speakman and it needs to be shown it's the right one. Getting the right players in in the January window has just gone up a few notches

id laugh harder if I wasn’t so annoyed. But I reckon you may have it nailed.

he may be a great coach, but that doesn’t make an excellent head coach… Jury well and truly out after that 2nd half.

Get what you’re saying but if we dropped to mid table this season be stunned if the fans didn’t force the clubs hand. Hope I’m wrong and we get to the play offs but if had a free bet to put on I’d bet Beale won’t be our manager first game of next season. Thankfully I’m usually ****e at betting

The model allows us to change as we’ve got data on all the options out there so I’m not worried as I’m sure compensation and that isn’t an issue.

Beale has slowed us right down.

Even more all fart and no ****e. .

Whats worse for me is that the players are not working as hard. Would like to look at the stats. Don't seem invested into the cause.

We need to buy a striker who will always be on the team sheet, no matter what our tactical set up is. If we still have the existing 4 by the end of the window? Well, we will then know that promotion is not in our plans.
