Nah. It's competitive as this. We have done well. It's not like the mags, Coventry or Boro when the games clearly done.

 

We need to take either Ekwah or Bellingham off at half time. Both are having decent games and tidy on the ball but we need a striker up front

HT 1-1 Awful shape to our team , nobody up front and ba and Clarke playing wide only Pritch in the middle is ridiculous

 

Out biggest issue and it still remains. No striker. Not stretching and getting in behind.

We have done well enough this half though.

 

Not a bad half, poor goal to give away but weve played some nice stuff at times

Jobe has to stop coming so deep for the ball, he is dropping past neil n pritchard at times - got to stay high as when he has hes made a couple good runs in behind

Ekwah needs to be more aware of chaplin dropping in behind him

Alese has to press burns quicker than he has so far

The game is there for us tho

 

Cut some of these sloppy passes out, lads. We can win this we sharpen it up

 

Plenty in this for us.

Give Jobe a rest get Rusyn in and let him drift a bit get them stretched.

 

Not a bad half, great goal by Clarke there’s is a soft one, need to tighten up our passing, feel like Rusyn would get a lot of joy running in behind these

 

Room for improvement but decent half from us for me. Ipswich are dangerous buggers.

Agree. I think it's there for them a touch more. Jobe will always do that. In his nature.

The same position continues to haunt us

 

Jobe has done some nice things tbh but he is just dropping far too deep when we have it. Hes also blocking others spaces by doing so, its then pushing pritchard too high n crowding out the space for neil to step into

 

How do we all see this and the people paid to do it don't?

 

Don’t think anyone’s having a bad game as such mate just that he’s looked the most drained recently.

 

Both teams will be fancying themselves, we are getting space in front of their defence but so is chaplin infront of ours

I’d give it 10 mins and take Jobe off for Rusyn, the lad doesn’t seem to know where he is playing.

 

Passing in the opposition half has been lacking

The much maligned Ba has done alright

Plenty of defensive faults with the goal before the final pass but O9 caught on his heels too

Think the outball over the top has looked good value
