Big game this given our poor form in the last 8 league games. The likes of Carvalho on loan is a statement of intent to get top 6 this season. In pre-season, the general mood amongst the chairman, vice chairman, Rosenior and most fans was 'top 10 but top 6 would be a bonus'. Now the mood seems to be 'top 6 at a minimum'. If that's the case, then these sort of home games are must-wins. Looking at our remaining home games, we really need to be winning the ones against Norwich, Millwall, Swansea, Brum, Stoke and QPR.

Is it **** or bust do you think?

Is it **** or bust do you think?

Delap, Morton, Philogene, Carvalho are all impressive signings, none of which will have come cheaply. Add to this the other rumours floating around in this window, tou'd think Acun would, rightly, be asking questions if we didn't make the top 6 now.

I'm not entirely sure. I'm just sensing a change in attitude from Rosenior recently. Rosenior's been a bit more ruthless in his interviews regarding underperforming players and Acun and Kesler have been quite open in the past that they want a quick turnaround for success rather than a methodical 5 or 6 year project.

Top two running away, two more parachute teams in there which leaves just two top six places up for grabs. A whole bunch of teams in with a chance of getting one of those. Then if we get in the top six there are three more games and only a 25% chance of going up. Plenty have tried throwing money at it and come off badly, it's a long way from nailed on.

Ipswich certainly not running away with it at the moment. If they drop out of the top 2 the picture changes dramatically.

What does that even mean?
Was it in danger of being called off?
Just me?

Allsop
Coyle Jones Greaves Slater
Morton Doc
Twine Fabio Tufan
Connolly

Bench is going to look pretty thin.

Fabio has to go straight in to the 11. With all the attention on him this week it's on the rest of the front 3/4 to capitalise on the defence probably doubling up.

I would go

Allsop
Coyle Jones Greaves Jacob
Slater Morton
Tufan Fabio Twine (or Connolly)
Connolly (or Sharp)

The team is fairly young so if Sharp is fit enough to start I would start him and put Connolly on the wing instead of Twine

Norwich, like every team City play, are ****. The City is ****. Their fans are ****. The fixture was chosen for TV because City’s ground isn’t ****, although their ground is ****.

They do have more fingers than City supporters though, usually 6 on each hand. This has been known to increase depending on the inbred depth.

Regular visitors to Norwich, usually on their annual visit to the Inbreeding Festival, are brainwashed into becoming word spreading advocates of the backward backwater usually by repeatedly trashing their own doorstep.
