It may boil down to finances to keep within FFP, get rid of his wage to cater for someone potentially like Cavalho

If LR has any thoughts on getting Benson he is not going to say to Burnley here have Twine back give us Benson can you imagine their reaction if he did that.

He will use how much game time Twine has had to try get him in the door.

I don’t think Twine can go back unless someone takes him on a permanent. Don’t think the FA allows recalls on loans.

It looks like Wolves are a late bidder for Carvalho. Would imagine he’d prefer a Premier League team option

Would he get the game time they would want if they loaned him to Wolves.

Think the earlier tweet suggested thst wolves aren't being considered as game time is more or less guaranteed with a championship club, i.e. us or Southampton

Wolves mentioned earlier at same time as us.
He’s come back from the energy drinkers because he want starting enough.
Would he start most games for Wolves? Dunno but pretty sure he would for us or another championship team

He's a funny player to judge is Tufan. A lot of weeks I'm tearing my hair out at some of the stuff he does and then I come on here and he's in everyone's top 3 for MOTM. I'm sure I must miss certain things with him sometimes and I suspect others also miss the things he does that wind me up.

just consistency with me but the same could be said about a lot of city this season , too many times we put an absolute stinker of a performance in , I’m not slating tufan I think he’s decent just so many games that pass him by

Guess it’s the same as Twine, you seem to rate him highly as do a couple others and think he plays well, whereas I’ve seen him maybe do a couple decent things but majority of the time passes it back or miss controls it the whole time he’s been here. Just opinions and it is strange how different some people see certain players. I’m a big fan of tufan and think we’re a better team with him in it.

Last season pre-Philogene and Delap for me he was probably the most technically gifted player we had. Maybe the only player who I’d almost hold my breath when he got the ball going forward at the thought of what might happen.

But 8 or 9 times out of 10 what would actually happen wasn’t a great deal. He’s inconsistent, or was as I think he’s improved in that regard, but the times it did come off were sometimes breathtaking and a couple of those in a match are memorable and win MOTM votes.

If he was consistently playing to the level we know he can he’d be top every week, but he’d also be somewhere else rather than at a team somewhere between mid Championship and the play-offs.

Doesn't sound like good news on the Delap front.

Can't help but feel we're going through the same **** every season. We start to look half decent and then our best players end up crocked and the cover we have is ****.

So why does he keep playing liabilities like Seri,Christie and those who are mostly anonymous during the matches

calling out Seri is a madness was lost without him against Wednesday, plays with ownership and looks for the ball always an option, his ability to do that is one of the best in the division, gets caught occasionally but without him the system is lost.
