I am not. I said some. Didn't say you. All I know is, I haven't seen or had 1 person from Sunderland, be anything other than furious over this.

The examples you provided , gave no justification or rationale for our leaders to do this to our ground.

 

Its subtly different for my money. Both are unacceptable, but giving them permission weighs more heavily on the horrific lack of judgment, rather than intent.

My initial reaction was that we as a club had CHOSEN the signage. I just hope that this was lack of foresight rather than intended.

If the room has been bought and paid, for what's clearly a private function, they can decorate how they choose providing it's returned in the same order it was found. You could do exactly the same if you hired it for St Patrick's Day, etc.

And, let's be honest, there'd be people attacking the club if stewards, waitresses, etc, were being forced to wear Sunderland badges in a room full of Mags.

 

After the initial anger/ frustration at this, if true, I stepped back and gave myself a bit of thinking time as not to overreact.

After thinking about it a bit more I think it's shocking. KLD isn't stupid as far as I'm aware, so allowing this to happen is a massive insult to us fans. It's yet another in a long line of slaps in the faces of us.
I can't imagine someone like Bob Murray would have even entertained the idea.
