    The Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Bill is currently at stage 2 in the process.

    There were a number of amendments put forward to improve the Bill and each one was rejected by the SNP.

    Most noticeable thing about today's meeting? There was not a single amendment to the Bill proposed by either Labour or the Lib Dems. Only the Tories and Greens did.

    No doubt when the Bill is finally passed these two parties (especially Labour) will be the loudest in complaining about how flawed the Bill is yet have done little to oppose it.

    It doesn't matter what amendments are put forward, there would be no need for any amendment if existing laws were enforced impartially.
    I don't expect any change in the partiality of the enforcement of the new legislation.
