Meslier admired in Europe, Spence was one for the future and why Spuds bought him, not really had a bad game since he got fit and looks more dangerous than our forwards at times. Ampadu has done himself big favours since he came to Leeds and Gnonto is coveted in Italy, Germany, France and the Prem by coaches who are maybe more switched on than Farke. Have to say that Rodon looks a very good Championship defender, however there's very little evidence that he'd excel at PL level. That said would still like to sign him on a permanent as he does at least have potential plus we might be in the Championship anyway. Of the rest only Summerville and Rutter are good enough and young enough for clubs higher up the pyramid to take the gamble. To be honest both could play for top sides in the PL even though they're not ready yet. Oh forgot about Ampedu who's going nowhere as he's found his level

We can't afford not to though as there'll be plenty of interest in him in the summer. Agreed though that wages are likely to scupper any permanent deal.
He has a big decision to make, since signing for Spurs,2020, until he came to us he had only made 31 appearances, 15 Spurs, 16 Rennes. He's now 26, does he want games or not. Checked out 3 sites this morning and they have his wage down at £10k pw, more than double what he was on at Swansea, that shows he was only ever considered a squad player, his contract expires 2025, his transfer market value is down at anything between 6 and 12 million but we like Villa with Mings seem to have increased his value
