Just like to say a huge thanks to those that help run the board. Special mentions to @ellandback and @Doc for running the daily threads and weekend threads. You guys keep the board ticking over. Great work again this year. Also, thanks to the posters who post regularly keep the discussions rolling along and those that spectate from a distance shouldn't be afraid to jump in and get involved. Most of us are friendly enough. Happy new year everyone.

All the Best have a great 2024. My news Years resolution is to get out on my Road Bike after virtually neglecting it for a year due to work well that's my excuse. I want to get back to 11 stone dead. put on over a stone this year fat cnut I am. Happy New Year.

Haha.Tell you what first year in about 3-4 Year I've virtually stopped riding and my god how much weight I've gained. It's not as if I been living the good life as I generally take care of myself but honestly hand on heart if anyone wants to shift weight get lean get on ya bike. I'm not fat but I feel fat because I know what I was like last year. Deffo going to do the coast the coast this year I will add that to my New Year Resolutions also.
Not worth worrying about a few extra pounds. Once dead you'll soon rot down to much less than 11 stone
