I think he's been back on the grass for a few weeks now though. Hopefully can get back sound, but I take the point...it's a nasty injury and he's at the back end of his playing career. NH is a lot younger,but,on the downside,has already had one nasty injury before this one.
Ah man, just hope it's his last injury and he goes on to make a wonderful career for himself ... ... I'm sure we have a club who'll look after him.
So sad for Huggins first if of all and sad for us. He has been superb the last 10 games or. I’m a fan of Hume but I’d say Huggins was easily our best full back. Massive shame on all fronts. I hope they extend his contract and we get a fine player back in the mix for us.
I hate how nasty injuries like these happen during a bad defeat. A player like Huggins busting a gut to make something happen / make amends for the team’s performance and gets a horrible injury. Best wishes to the lad, he’s been immense.
Distressing for the lad, just as it looks like he’s getting his career starting being called up for his country another slice of bad luck hits him. Hope he keeps going though as he’s got so much talent it’ll be a shame to lose what he’s got.
Might sound silly but with modern tech is there any sort of thing a player could wear that's strong enough to support the knee area yet be light enough to wear during a game? Nastiest injuries are usually twisting of knees

Any news on Roberts anyone? I heard it was more precautionary so I'm guessing will be out of the squad for Monday with a view to him being OK for the Mags.
Gutted for the lad. Genuinely can’t remember him having a poor game for us - he’s been a good signing (when fit).
I think Willis just signed another short contract with Northampton, shame as he was pure class and way better than league 2.
And especially as it was in the last few minutes of the game. Maybe its too many games too soon after coming back !!!
