I'm gonna keep talking about the officials until we get one of those Homers I keep hearing about. The one we have for Monday has apparently issued 81 yellows and 4 reds in 16 games so far this season. That seems an awful lot to me. What could possibly go wrong this time I wonder. Despite being 8 places higher up the food chain than us I don't think Watford's form of late has been any better than ours so there is no reason to think we can't win this one. I'm guessing the players will be pretty tired come Monday given the schedule over festivities but it is the same for all teams. A happy 3 points for a change........ COYG

Well it was a great entertaining game Great goals also .. either raise could have won this I thought we may come the end as we had a lot chances But a point amd we move on again
Reading pasoti it seemed that the weather wasn't that good ....not that you could tell on the video. The portion shows not a second after Watford got their third goal......no feeling of how the game was going.
Where to start on this one is quite right. For the neutral it was a feast but for the one sided person it was a nail bitter in the extreme. Two things before I say anything about the game itself. The first being the weather was bleddy awful and in the old days might have seen the game called off by halftime. These days the pitch is 100% better. The second is a shout out to Watford as a team. In my opinion they are the best side I have seen down here all season. They had no intention of playing for a draw unlike some who have done so from the first kick off. They pass well, they move well and they are hard to knock off the ball when they have it. Right then to the actual game itself. It started quite 50/50 for me but Argyle were finding it a bit hard to play to another green shirt. Not an unusual assessment of them sadly. We got carved open on 11 minutes and a well worked goal appeared for Watford. As usual we don't start playing until we fall a goal behind. There followed a to and fro game and eventually it ended with Azaz playing a congtrolled volley into the side of the goal which was much better than it probably looked first hand. I have seen it several times on the goals show with Sky. He played it very very well and it was totally meant. Then came another Whittaker cracker. We don't do average goals. 2- 1 from behind again. Watford not to be outdone fired one in from outside the box which was an equal of both of ours. 2 - 2. Hardie was played through and ran on with the ball but despite being challenged most of the way kept his cool and finished with a flourish. Another cracking goal. 3 - 2 at halftime but you just knew that wasn't going to be the end story. Watford came out after the break and it was obvious to the eye that they meant business. It didn't take long and yet another cracker of a goal made it 3 - 3. The only question that remained was which side was it that would keep their heads and continue the scoring. Watford dominated for a period and then Argyle ended the game with more of a flourish. It could have gone either way and I admit to saying we were going to lose whilst watching. We didn't and it ended 3 - 3. If it had been 6 - 6 I wouldn't have been that shocked. I was in two minds whether to go today given the weather but decided to go in the end. I would have been well pee'd off if I chose the other option. Awful day but warmed considerably by the entertainment on offer. Happy with the point.
Perfect sensible that’s exactly how I saw it and hit very wet but worth it .. a few single malts tonight have cured the sniffing I’m happy with three points no time wasting or any foul play great game
Being New Year and with guests, we sat this one out (or in if you see what I mean). Season ticket seats were sold within 10 minutes of going up on Ticket Exchange. Watched it on Argyle TV. Certainly entertainment for the uncommitted viewer but I don't suppose either the home or away fans will be entirely happy with the result.
