Our own worse enemies, no win in 4 for Ipswich now, thought that could easily happen but didn’t think we’d also start struggling
professional footballer actually a international footballer with a freekick like that at the death its just not good enough
Said it before and I'll say it again this team hasn't got the bottle or strength to win promotion doubt we'll make the playoffs, I'm done with Farke, he ain't no football tactician
not defending that tonight it was utter rubbish. Piroe playing in his position is like playing with 10 men hes just not effective at all. nobody upped their game from Preston. We have played very very poor last two games its like we forgot how to play.
honesty/reality check........... foxes and saints to bounce straight back and us to wallow as the usual leeds thing to do ..........this is our league for a while, and if i am wrong then i will fully hold my hands up
Decent first half. Didn't get the rub of the green with decisions. 2nd half was abysmal and a repeat of so many other performances. That's the top 2 gone. Hopefully the home form will see us make the play offs but this squad and this coaching setup won't get us out of this league. There needs to be some changes to this squad in January and early doors too. I wouldn't be hugely upset with a change of manager at this point.
What would be the point. None of this lot can kick a ball or create a clear cut chance. Farke inherited most of this ****e So is there a magician who will turn them into footballers. We had one of them a few years ago
Doing our very best to through it away. Only 6 days ago we absolutely stuffed Ipswich and here we are with two piss poor defeats dropping down the table. It had better turn around on Monday.
Sadly I think you might be right. Getting beat by Ipswich in the play-offs is becoming a pipe dream at this rate.
We will flatter to deceive and give someone another battering but we can't keep the fight and consistency up, we're just not good or strong physically and mentally and Farke hasn't got a ****ing clue
Darlow - 4. Came and flapped at a few but was no worse than Meslier. Spence - 6. Looked more natural at RB. Gnonto decided to play inside right so Spence had no winger to play off. Rodon - 8. Can hold his head high. Won his aerial battles all night and tried to get things going. Cooper - 7. Decent game back after a while on the bench. Byram - 3. Never laid a glove on Wallace. He's a right back playing left back. Buy a ****ing left footed ****ing left back. Ampadu - 7. His usual dependable 7 out of 10. Gruev - 6. Much better from him. Don't let the **** free kick at the end spoil a decent enough game from the Bulgarian. Summerville - 4. Nothing worked for him. Poorest performance of the season. Piroe - 3. Still played out of position. Should be benched or as the focal point at 9. When he did get the odd chance he hesitated. Gnonto - 2. Dunno if Farke told him to play inside right but he drifted in to the areas that Piroe likes to operate and didn't give Spence an out ball all game.....and he's a ****ing rat. Sell sell sell. Should have had a penalty. Rutter - 7. Should have had a penalty but another hit and miss game from him. He tends to impact the game most in the last 20 minutes. I'd like to see him play deeper and turning players to run at the back line. Subs. Bamford - 4. Decent effort levels but failed to have an impact. James - 4. Gone massively off the boil after an impressive run of form in November. Anthony - 5. Couple of half decent crosses and an odd poor one. Firpo - n/a Joseph - n/a
Lots of effort from the lads but unfortunately it was all huff & puff with not enough quality to create any chances of note. Farke has to sort this out because the players are following his tactics and at the moment away from home it's just not working. Still backing Farke 100% but it's his responsiblity and I'm not going to criticise any of the players tonight as they need help from the manager.
