Home form needs to count tonight. Injuries and suspensions aren't helping but we should have enough to beat Wham

 

They've got some very dangerous players - Kudus, Bowen and Paqueta the main threats - and it'll be difficult, but I always expect us to win at home. Let's hope the boys don't let us down.

Xhaka is going to be in attendance for this one, too.

 

Trossard and Zinchenko have both been absolutely horrible. Genuinely the standout worst players on the pitch.

As for the defending for their goal. The less said, the better. Just a catalogue of stupid, idiotic mistakes.

 

Paqueta kicked the ball out and gone down with an injury. Doesn’t look good. Big blow for West Ham.

 

Why have all our attacking players turned to **** in the last 3 weeks? We look like we’ve never played together sometimes.

 

Martinelli has to score there. That’s a horrible finish.

 

Oh my god. Saka hits the post. Rebound comes too quick to Trossard and it rolls out for a goal kick. How we haven’t scored yet is a mystery.

 

Saka giving away a stroppy foul when Emerson was going nowhere. Why?

 

Zinchenko needs to be catapulted into the ****ing sun I swear.

This has been such an immature performance. We’ve dominated the ball, had the best chances, but we’ve given the ball away carelessly and are being too intricate on the edge of the box. We’re also giving away cheap fouls that stunts our momentum when we’re pushing to win the ball high up the pitch.

Then the one time we have to defend properly, we don’t, and they score because our players decided to switch off.

This has to be so, so much better in the second half.

Zinchenko and Trossard off please. Both of them have been huge liabilities.

 

Frustrating half.

Trossard is poor in LCM - why won't Arteta try Zinchenko there?!

 

Staritng to worry about Martinelli. He's been garbage lately.

Saka can't do it all on his own.

We’ve totally and utterly lost our heads. I can’t believe how badly we’ve mismanaged this game.

 

I’m worried about all our attacking players. We can’t seem to score or create anything meaningful outside of set pieces.

 

Jesus should have scored. This is why we need a proper CF. You can’t waste a chance like that.
