That was kinda what I meant. He could just reject any offers from Bristol. And if Burnley are set on offloading (assuming they do), we become the easiest route to do that (assuming we meet the value).
I wonder who these new six injured players coming in will be be? The quicker Sinik returns from his new surroundings the better. These xxxx performances aren't doing the biscuit man any favours. If sales of Hobnobs drop off we may end up paying a price and that's not on.
Rosenior mention anything about incomings or outgoings in his after match interviews? Dare not put myself through it.
He can make it clear he only wants to join us or remain at Burnley though, so they may take the slightly lower offer from us just to get something for him. EDIT: Looks like I was beaten to it.
His interview seemed as if he was frustrated, and wants some incomings, he mentioned Tan and Acun straight after. I should expect 2 full backs a winger and maybe a midfielder at a guess.
Unfortunately for us he's been poor overall since he joined us ( yes there has been flashes of him playing well ). Are we not playing to his strengths? Is he taking a tad longer to settle in? Is he just short of confidence? A mixture of all the above? Or is he just not a top end championship player?
If you think twines been "absolutely fine" since he's joined us then you must have really low expectations.
There's a reason he never gets dropped, while others do. He's just the latest in a long line of weird fascinations for the boo boys.
Twine is very much Acun’s man. Significant effort in both summers from the chairman to bring him here.
He definitely is. It was a statement signing, to prove that although we got rejected 1st year, 2nd time around we got him. But Acun watches every game and he's clearly not stupid, so I doubt he'd be willing to spend £2.5m on him.
