I look at how Seelt played there and how Aouchiche looked and wonder why have they barely played? Both look a step above players who are playing a lot more regularly.

Been out all afternoon and had a few drinks so I'm unsure and was wondering if Michael Beale is good now or not?

I don't get the subs thing tho mate? We are used to TM hoying on 4 attackers at once. To me it's good to see a more measured approach.

Very good performance. Some signs of a change in style. The high 4 man press stifled Hull Look organized if still a bit predictable. Lot of work to do offensively but hopefully that develops as the players grow into the style of play Though Ekwah did well today.

Utter bollocks. If you try to take the piss and embarrass someone who we have just appointed you deserve all the abuse you get when it goes the other way. You also don't get the celebrate the clubs failures and still get to enjoy it when it goes well.

Apparently not mate. Only win because of Clarke I think <laugh><laugh>

In reality it looked like the defenders were a bit tighter together and we left less space to play through us. He made a couple of subs to do specific jobs. His impact is still going to be minimal after a week, but small signs for me.

Maybe too early but see anything different to a TM team today?

We might be used to it but doesnt mean its right. I want us to be proactive with our subs, ours subs have been poor this season. We need an outlet upfront, im happy with Jobe as CF tbf as think he does a job for us

It didnt impact us today as Clarke scored a quality goal, but it has impacted us this season

Im not blaming beale for this btw as hes only just in so getting used to the players n who he can n cant trust

One result doesn’t make a season but that’s a monkey off the back. Better performance than last game with a clean sheet, Bring on Rotherham, let’s see if we can improve again.

No. Idiots meaning idiots. It wasn’t an opinion until Beale was managing a game. I loved Mowbray here. Didn’t want him gone, but you have to be damn stupid to sing the ex managers name when the new manager has had 3 days in charge. Why didn’t those sane people sing Mowbray’s name when we were beating West Brom & Leeds? Why was their “opinion” different at that point? Because they’re idiots and wanted the new manager sacked after 3 days in charge. That’s not an opinion, it’s a downright imbecilic thing to do.

That was a brilliant second half, we still need to get shots in target but Adil played well and Seelt looked good. Let’s now see MB shut the critics up in the coming weeks.

He would walk into 2/3rds of prem midfields right now and look the part mate. I think he goes in the summer and it will be to Liverpool or Spurs, or someone of that standing. The style of sides in the prem wanting to play is tailor made for him.

So important for a new manager to get 3 points on the board, really pleased for him

We were well organised today and that should be the 1st thing a new coach should work on imo. Become hard to beat 1st then add more attacking patterns of play in

I'm not knee jerking. Have you honestly seen any difference in play? Are you happy no striker is involved. Go back to NUFC if you think I'm knee jerking. He has no new ideas

Thank goodness for that. Happy Boxing Day! Highlight for me were about 4 or 5 posts after Clocky put 0-1 like he was whispering in the corner.
