Howe has a good years worth of credit I'm just pointing at proposed flaws which I believe others are aware of aswel. Nobody is perfect we all make mistakes and we can all learn from experience.

Ok i'll answer your question and hope you'll begin to understand. What is likely and what is correct are very different to answer your question, plus there's not just one correct answer potentially. I can have confidence in my belief and you can have confidence yours , but how do we go about determining which one of us is correct? We can't but we can discuss the possibilities and we can make our own feelings known surely.
I don't think anyone is turning on him, but there's definitely a good reason to be asking questions about the flaws he 'appears' to have regarding squad management. He is after all totally in experienced at management at this level/number of games and his in game management 'seemingly' isn't great. He's done a fantastic job , but as we all know the milk can turn sour quickly and managers tend to be a bit stubborn.
I agree. But just as much as you can express your view I, likewise, am entitled to express mine. And if part of my view is that your opinion is based on mere speculation and guesswork then I’m also perfectly entitled to make that point as well explaining why I hold my view and not yours.

I think Howe has a problem now. The press are after him and these last minute capitulations are starting to mount up. He needs to turn our away form around or this season is going to descend into a mid table damp squib. Howe should give Tripps the next 2 weeks off to get his head straight. Liv/Kraft on the right and Burn/Liv on the left. In Jan we need a rapid right winger and another striker. £40M on each. He needs to tell the board that we need to push on now and get rid of all the dead wood. That means, Dummett, Dubs, Karius, Gillespie, Richie etc. Howe last night looked devastated and to be honest wonder if he is concerned himself about our away form and is starting to feel the pressure. With the injuries etc I think we just need to finish in the top 6 this season for it to be successful, however with the form of other teams etc, we could finish from 6-10 if we continue as we are
The only potential problem I foresee is the £80M that you want to spend. No one on this Forum or in the fan base knows what the financial position is with particular regard to FFP. From the alleged information floating around the media there is no money to spend. Obviously, that could easily be a red herring put out by the Owners for various reasons. If it is correct then what can Howe do? Also, think it would be common ground that we would not expect much, if anything, for those of the ones you listed to get rid of with the possible exception of Dubs who I would keep for now as back up to Pope when the latter s fit. Even if we could get rid of them in January then that would potentially leave us short on bodies especially with the number on the injury list.

Im not saying get rid of the dead wood in Jan but we need to stop giving player like this one year extensions etc. If Richie is a good egg to have a round then find him a role on coaching but after this season those players shouldn't be in the squad for 24/25. FFP, agree it wont be easy but they have to find a RW and a striker this Jan. Miggy is very limited (great as impact sub maybe) but his no right foot is starting to hinder us as we want to progress.. Isak and Wilson, you can't rely on them for any stretch of games and so we need another striker to cover etc. Defense/Midfield I think we have enough once the injuries clear up and would target these areas again in Summer.

The likes of Ritchie getting game time is a disgrace and it's a classic case of a manager looking after his mates. He even gave him penalty 5. 500 million and we have Ritchie playing along with lascelles and longstaff.... the manager needs to be ruthless.
Feel like it's about 20% of this forum and that is a generally good number for Howe. But if it continues for a year, obviously that will turn. Mass majority of fans do get anxious when we lose, especially several on the trot, but calm down when we get a win. There are some who never wanted Howe in the first place, those people are always the first to turn on a manager.
