Got mine sorted, fortunately hassle free. Any amount of poor souls having issues, hopefully all get sorted, just got to sleepwalk through Christmas and New year now, fcuking hate Christmas, used to enjoy it until I made the fatal mistake of marriage.
I think they've fixed it from what I've seen on Twitter, a few were having problems earlier but looks to be sorted now.
Had to go into both accounts individually and had issues with second one saying payment card already linked to another account. Then payments appeared on card
Mate of mine can't remember his ticketing password, clicked then link for forget password, got the password reset email went back in to reset it and nothing happens. Hoping it's just because it's busy and can sort it tomorrow for him
Click on the icon top right of the screen that looks like a person Then when a menu appears, click on View Account Menu at the bottom. That will display your full account menu
Once you have logged in, there should be a section saying "reserved tickets" Unless your in the north stand?
