I would say top ten and our players kicking on would still be a success Bad season is bottom half and looking like the side has taken a step back

Success would be a clear, effective style of play and developing a system which creates chances for the forward.
I know some on here perhaps don't like to admit it but the mags are objectively one of the best teams in England right now. Bit harsh on the bloke to be expecting a result against them imo.
Agreed but think how much credit he would get in the bank if we beat them I would take a mid table finish and beating them over losing in the playoffs again I dont think we are good enough to go up this yr, which is mainly down to the quality of the league tbf
no manager will get this team in the play offs now blew it away from home, too many tough games away left we would have to win about 9 out of 12 at home maybe 2 away if we are lucky and we might has well got Philips in as manager, we are going backwards big time.
