According to BBC sport journalist Jacqui Oatley, this is Andy O'Brien's reason for refusing to play for the club. To be honest, even though O'Brien is an absolute money grabbing prick who deserves to be locked in a room for several days with Ken Bates telling him his opinion on taxes, immigration, football and making horrible sexual metaphors, this rumour doesn't sound too farfetched. Could it be that after struggling in Leeds' poorly organised defence and then seeing Tom Lees, Kisnorbo, O'Dea and Bromby all picked ahead of him, that he lost faith in the Leeds' management? He's previously played under Bobby Robson finishing in the top 4 with Newcastle, and was part of a decent Bolton team. Maybe he felt that the defensive tactics were poor (which they obviously are) and that the manager had no idea who his best defence were, so felt that his best option would be leave. I think he's had his head turned by West Ham, wanting to play under Allardyce and join up with his old Bolton team mates. Playing in a terrible defence must kill a player's confidence. I'm not in anyway agreeing with AOB's behaviour and I think it's disgusting the way he's treated the fans. But it's no coincidence that we bring in decent defenders into the club and they all start to play terribly.
Surely there can be no justifiable excuse for outright refusing to do the job u are over paid for! I'm sure most people think they can do a better job than their boss and/or unhappy with how things are run on occasions or have disagreements with the management, but they dont flat out refuse to work or else they wouldn't be employed for very long!!! I'm afraid all Mr O'Brien has done is made a massive fan base who already thought he was sh|t hate him even more! Wise move!!! not too good to be on the CV either really!!! Idiot!!!

I have had a terrible cold these last 2 weeks and have coughed that much that my stomach feels bruised now when I cough still awaiting the results of 3 weeks ago when they took 32 samples from my stomach but I feel that it was worth the cemo etc but I do worry about tghe people following me as they are closing the cancer unit down .In future you will be given an Hickman Line and be treated at home.It will not work even when I was in Hospital my canula came out which left me with thrombosis and fleabitus just imagine the line coming out at homewhat are you going to do God knows. Thank you for your concern however and if anyone is having to go to hospital I will only be too pleased to assure them as to how to get the best out of the NHS number 1 ask questions don,t accept shoddy service
