I've not read/heard enough about Beale like you have, but he starts with a blank slate like everyone else does.

I never understand these overreactions. We see it all the time with players and managers. Fans having meltdowns, then they're proven wrong, then they create a thread on a forum "holding their hands up" and feel like they deserve some kind of respect for admitting it. How about just giving the bloke a chance and acting like a grown adult in the first place?

I’d lose even more faith in them if they did. The only thing keeping me sane is knowing they must be confident in this guy. If they change their mind because fans didn’t like it, for something this important, I lose all faith in them.
