Each to their own, but he comes across as anything but arrogant on the podcast I’ve just watched. Seems a very down to earth, family lad who doesn’t like talking himself up too much.
What part of it is arrogant? He comes across as a humble lad who appreciates the opportunities he has been given while also clearly being a very hard worker.
Each to their own. Watched the video and switched off after the opening sentence, too arrogant for me.

Can you quote the part he says which you think sounds arrogant? I watched the video and as far as I can tell he didn't say anything even remotely arrogant, I can only think you must have watched something different?
Robin Bairner's piece is only referring to the L'Equipe info - he's not claiming to have any insider knowledge of his own.
The opening sentence was: "You always have that competitive edge to you and you sort of think if that last pass had been right, if that last dummy inside and shot had been the right one... you're always left with that half taste of missed opportunity." Are you genuinely saying you believe that to be an arrogant thing to say? Could you explain in what way?
