I've said it before and I'll say it again this team hasn't got the bottle or mental attitude to win promotion the best team by far won tonight, and Farke has got to take most of the blame. We deserved **** all.
That was one of those performances, that unfortunately we to often find, as with Stoke/Rotherham, big ask to catch Ipswich now, unless they go on a long losing run, which i doubt.
No idea why Meslier is getting pelters, the goal was down to Archie, ball watching and playing them onside.
Tonight we had as much bite as a packet of gummy bears ....onwards and maybe upwards, but don't get ya house on it
just can't fathom out that game. we still are a team who can't break down numbers. out of all the possession we created very little. credit to Sunderland they defended well but we weren't scoring in that game even if it went on throughout the night. some of our defending well needs quite a bit work our defensive heading is weak as pizz it puts us in so much trouble at times. we didn't deserve to win that one. the ball kept going backwards to try and find a way through and lets be honest there wasn't anyway through in that game. good defending? poor creativity? bit of both me thinks. just have to take it on the chin and move on.
