There's a massive catchment shared by Leeds and Boro, consisting of York, Harrogate, Scarborough, Ripon, Knaresborough, Whitby, Northallerton, Richmond, Thirsk, Bedale etc I'm fairly sure the only elite football academies serving them are Leeds and Boro, and although most of those places are small towns they add up in terms of population size.

Mowbray mentioned several times that Seelt can play in midfield. Don’t see it myself but if they’re playing him there they must genuinely think it. They wouldn’t otherwise (sounds obvious I know)
