We’ve really become a difficult team for City, haven’t we? Seemed to have started around the time we knocked them out of the CL.
To think that they’ve not even scored a goal at the THS is madness. Bet they aren’t looking forward to the reverse fixture…

 

That is an outstanding result. Excellent performance, but the real.benefit from it may be the confidence boost it should give the squad overall: that even when missing almost 1/2 a starting first 11, they can still match (arguably) the best in the PL.

Effort, confidence in the way Ange wants them to play and no little skill. Well done, lads!

Wow was not expecting that. You can clearly see what Ange is trying to do, and apart from the Bissouma brain fart it could have been a lot better....

 

Phenomenal fight from the team to get a point there. We rode our luck a bit at times with City hitting the woodwork but you always have to in order to get anything against City, let alone with the back 4 we had today.

Once we get the squad filled out a bit we have the makings of a fearsome team.

 

Brilliant effort and got the luck we missed last week.
The last 3 defeats have strengthened the team's belief ... such a promising sign (the latest in a long list) that suggests we are in for one great ride.

Yes we rode our luck in the first half, but few teams manage to keep Haaland off the score sheet. Those two have taken a lot of stick, but Ben and Emerson did ok today.
