Even that would be papering over the cracks. New manager needed.

We had played all the teams that went on to finish above us at this point last season, this season we are yet to play Leeds, WBA and Hull. We have been poor since the end of September and 7 points from 7 games for a team with playoff or better expectations is really poor.

Played Leicester, Ipswich, Southampton, Preston & Cardiff. All of whom are above us in the league.

No, I'm a sensible supporter who thinks sacking a manager because we lost a game of football is an insane idea.

It's not because we lost one game of football tho. It's because we have a massive amount of talent in our squad and are under achieving!

What is par for this team then? How do you justify that calculation? Also, has the season ended with us in 9th place? Again, is that below par?

We have more points, scored more goal and conceded fewer than the same point last season yet you want to sack the manager? :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

Totally agree no goals , no assists , don’t know what’s up with him . Ba looks more likely at the moment Patrick is a good player but he needs to contribute more given his talent , he has developed a tendency of going backwards rather than running at his fullback and being more direct - this needs to change !!!

That we have not improved. Mowbray is fine and did a great job last season, this season I fail to see the plan. We lack patterns of play. If you look at my other posts you will see I am incredibly positive about the club and the direction, love Speakman and the job he is doing, but I feel that Mowbray is holding us back.

How do you qualify that? You can't quantify it because the numbers counter your argument

What I don't like is persisting with Jobe as a No.10 when he's clearly not. I really hope it's not a contractual thing
Agree re Roberts - something definitely up with him

Haven’t read through the last few pages but my opinion is as such.

Don’t think TM is the man to get us promoted personally but I do think he’s a decent manager. I look at our squad and not a single person is telling me that it’s worse than Ipswich’s which indicates it’s not the squad letting us down.

The defence concede far too easily. We might have only conceded 19 goals this season as so many people have pointed out but so have many teams around us - it’s not a catastrophe but it’s also not promotion form and for how many attacks we limit the opposition to it’s not great.

We can’t rely on conceding every game and outscoring the opposition when our manager can’t just leave a 9 on the pitch and feels the need to sub him so early. It’s amateurish.

Defence needs rotating, 3 midfielders all far too similar one of them need to be dropped for Aouchiche and he needs to decide on whether Rusyn or Mayenda is our 9 and leave the f**ker on the pitch.

Because we look like a worse team, we create less chances, individually we look pretty poor. Roberts looks a shell of himself, Jobe being played as the 10 is not working, Hume playing inverted kills attacks down the right, O'Nien for as much as I like him looks a liability, Ekwah looks like he's regressed, we have no patterns of play to create good opportunities for our forwards, we struggle to break down teams that sit deep, we struggle to break through teams that press, if Clarke doesn't do something magical we don't do much. We are being held back.
