Foxes v Hornets Finally, the International break is over, and we can now concentrate on a run of tougher fixtures on paper. Watford travel to leaders Leicester, then Norwich (h), Hull (a), Southampton (h), Ipswich (a), in the following four fixtures. Watford are unbeaten in six winning three, even including an away win at Swansea. They hammered a sorry Rotherham 5-0 in their last home game. Despite sitting pretty at the top of the table, Leicester have lost their last two. Leeds beat them 0-1, then Middlesbrough1-0. So, they'll want to get their promotion bid back on track. Talking of promotion bids, no Leicester match thread is complete without: Let's see what is going to happen this weekend, as after a bit of a rest it can change the fortunes of teams somewhat. We've gained some momentum, and long may that continue. Away to the league leaders should be a tough game though. Team News to Follow ¡¡Enjoy the game!!
I'd also like to add these two, also against the Foxes. Two of the best modern day goals Watford have scored:
I think it could be 1-0 or 2-0 to Watford as long as our defence do not lose concentration or make a silly mistake If they score first I would go for a draw as we have pulled out of a slump and they have dropped into one cmon yooooooo orns
Team news: Ngakia out for several weeks after ankle surgery. Bachmann given green light to train/play after following concussion protocols. Sierralta also back. Internationals returned without issues
Afternoon all on a cold beautiful sunny day, first frost overnight This may be the one... https://jokersportshd.net/568d1bea/2e0a07f7/12b1f11f Tough game ahead.
