    Not sure how it works, but apparently if Spain hadn't just taken the lead against Georgia, Scotland would be top of the group again.

    That is true and are doing so .
    Usually head to head and then goal difference I think but the H2H is the same isn’t it and Spain have a bigger GD.

    Kone scored Canada's equaliser in their CONCACAF Nations League play-off against Jamaica. Wasn't enough to see them through though - after winning the away leg 2-1, they lost this one 2-3, and Jamaica went through to the semi-finals.
