Like the young bloke a couple of rows in front of us that spends ages watching live horse racing on his phone
Talking about standing up during the game their used to be a general etiquette regarding this.Don’t stand up during live play wait for a break in play than go . It’s the same after half-time just Willy nilly expecting everyone to stand up just because you’ve come back to your seats .
Tell that to Steverico aka Captain Slackbladder. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
I certainly agree with this - it's always a pain but last Saturday was particularly bad - had us thinking there'd been a dysentery outbreak on the West Stand.
I don’t know about any other stands but a couple of minutes after the half time whistle the concourse is rammed, with huge cues for grub and the bogs are queuing out the door, so hundreds are missing the last few minutes of the half to try avoid not getting served, it was never big enough when they built it.
Loved it last week when all the 85 minute fans ****ed off early and missed the winner. Serves em right.
When will the Humber Bridge enter the 21st century. This morning, queues all the way back to the roundabout near Porsche... blocking the tag lane. two lanes open only , credit cards only. Like many on here, I travel here and there nowadays, Tyne Bridge, smooth as silk, QEII, smooth as silk... why the F cant they just do away with the people manning the gates and make it pay on line only or cash. They had the chance when they did the barriers maybe 10 years ago.
M6 toll is card only or tag. I’ve never had an issue. Maybe they’d be better off ****ing ****s like you off the job you do. Pretend Copper or whatever it is you’re pretending to be this week. Sack you off, useless ****.
Bullard I suppose once a total bellend always a total bellend A former Premier League star has revealed he is currently banned from playing at one of the UK's most expensive golf courses after annoying club chiefs with his drunken behaviour earlier this year. The ex-midfielder made 90 Premier League appearances for three different clubs between 2005 and 2010. The 45-year-old also has plenty of hobbies away from the pitch, including golf, and previously signed up to the swanky Sunningdale Golf Club in Berkshire, where it costs £92,000 to become a full member, with an annual fee of £9,500 taking it just past the £100,000 mark overall. But former Wigan, Fulham and Hull City star Jimmy Bullard has confessed that his membership was taken away recently after he took things a bit too far following 'a few drinks'. 'I’m not allowed to go again,' he told snooker legend Stephen Hendry.
The annoying thing is that he's not far off professional golfer standard. I played in a charity event where him and his father or stepfather were playing and he jabbers away like a little kid, but as life is unfair, he's got natural talent.
