We have had three clean sheets in the last four league games. Which has coincided with Greaves moving to left back.

If their clubs think they are ready to step up to the Premier League they wouldnt want a second year at a Championship club

Maybe it also coincided with McLoughlin playing at centre back.

Three points from a team that came and parked the bus. Job done yesterday. Don’t see us as a promotion team this year to be honest but this guy is building a side alright. Be interesting in Jan if we add another couple of decent players. Can see us around the playoff places all season and that is good progress. I still feel that the club is moving in the right direction and with a bit of patience we will head back to the prem in the next couple of seasons.

I totally agree, vinagre should have come on for coyle, if Christie was coming on too, leaving greaves at left back, only due to the fact they are left footers, coyle always struggles when switched to the left. Coyle had another decent game, his cross early in 1st half was quality but he seems reluctant to push further forward.

How many goals and assists in a row now is that for Philogene? Perhaps his least impressive, but they all count.

I was in 2 minds whether he meant it or tried to control it himself, but have seen it back a couple of times now it was a deliberate lay-off to Delap IMO..

If it was an intentional layoff it was very quick thinking.

The bounce and speed of the ball was such that Jaden could do very little with it, so to guide it to one of our players with the inside of his knee is either inspired or rather fortuitous. Either way Delap's finish was excellent.

The highlights also show Connolly's injury which I missed yesterday. Their defender gave his foot a hell of a whack. Let's hope that nothing is broken.

I saw that Connolly certainly took a heavy whack.

Sad barstool that I am, I've been reading the main Udders message board. They seem to think they'll park the bus at the next away game vs. Southampton.
Geez, if they didn't come for a point at the MKM, what will they be playing for at Southampton, a 3-0 defeat? But drawing the second half 0-0!!

Cheers, Febbos, good to see opposing end perspective, from our South Stand end, we looked comfortable & dominant in possession and attack, without seeing if/how dangerous we were in first half! Anyway, job done, 3 points, clean sheet. UTT.
