It could be good for her career to be sacked, a martyr to the Right. Starmer will win the next election, Sunak will go and make zillions in Silicon Valley and Suella will be leader of HM Opposition. Not that far fetched.

Not many other candidates and it’s not like they can realistically try and claim the centre ground after purging the party and replacing genuine Tories with louts like Gullis and Anderson. She’s 10/1 fourth-favourite after Badenoch, Penny who carried a sword once and James Cleverley. Quite the choice.

Now she will have to up the ante and do something completely off the rails in order to be sacked Meanwhile Boris hanging about in the wings with Dorries hoping they'll call him back
They really are a useless bunch, who completely deserve to lose power. I'm just not convinced Labour will be any different/better.
