Yeah, I'd say an Ewok would take Chaos 1 on 1.

****ing get in! What a result, and what a game to get the ballot for.

First and foremost - that was one of the most horrendous reffing performances I've ever seen and I've coached step 18-12 of the pyramid with 90 year old men reffing some of my games! Some of the decisions were ridiculous (for both teams).

Havertz - clearly a red card, was dangerous, out of control, reckless, and endangered an opponent - just because he didn't connect didn't mean it wasn't a red.
Bruno - lucky boy, the elbow was very naughty and he was lucky VAR was evening it up from the Havertz challenge imo. The one he did get booked for was a farce though, uses his arm to hold the other player off in the chest and the welp goes down holding his face, although he could have been booked prior so swings and round abouts.
The goal - 100% a goal, ball isn't out of play, if the Havertz challenge isn't a red Joelinton's challenge isn't a foul, offside was impossible to call so advantage to the attackers = goal given so all in all the right decision imo and no clear and obvious errors.

Big shout outs to Joelinton and also Captain fantastic Jamal Lascelles he's come back in and is now firmly in the "Eddied" category, not sure Botman walks back into the team when he's back until JL makes a mistake. Gordon's work rate is fantastic, you don't see it all on the TV but at the stadium - wow it's like another Miggy but with a bit more about him on the LW. Tino when he came on looks a player! Really astute defensively but equally good going the other way, RB is covered when Trippier (Krafth and Manquillo) becomes a coach with Tino and Ashby waiting in the wings.

The squad is far from the finished article but the players who come in know what they need to do - thought Ritchie, as a prime example, was very good on the RW for his 20 min cameo and I was questioning whether anyone else could come on - Hall on the LW and move Gordon over to RW or Krafth on at RB and move Tino forwards for example, was even suggesting Miley comes in and Joelinton and Willock out wide - but Eddie knows best and I know nothing!

But all of that pails into insignificance, compared to Arteta's salty salty tears. The bloke is a moron of the highest order and loving the fact he'll get a ban for bringing the game into disrepute. Couldn't happen to a nicer bloke! <laugh>
