Brundle said if the rules are .

If the driver gets out of the car , he’s out of the race .

They don't need to, you aren't losing any time in the pits, but you can switch to a med/med which may be a better strategy, not really sure what their start tyres were though, so may be a moot point.

Agree lads regarding LeClerc. The lad looks fed up - wonder if he may end up having to leave Ferrari before they sort out their team into a championship machine.

I think Fred Vasseur will sort some things out in the end and he’s a calm head in an emotional team- it just takes some time

I'm a bit confused as he said on the radio his hydraulics failed but then seemed to drive the car out of the way and then when the red flag was waved he seemed to want to get back in the car.
    A bit confusing.

He’s now suggesting it wasn’t hydraulics exactly but refused to elaborate. Sounds like they know what broke but don’t want to say more.

I don’t think so. Sounds more like no one was surprised that whatever broke broke.

Looked like something went somewhere. It just snapped. Unless he just planted the throttle. No clue.

he's got enough steering to be in control. the only ways you spin is you've broken a drive shafted one side or have planted the foot in a turn and spun

he's then driven it to a safe spot at grinding speed so had to have at least marginal steering.
