You might be right, such is the nature of football fans. However, I’m sure you can understand why I’m quite hacked off, especially when the margin for error is so slim in this league. I don’t want this to become the VAR show because, whilst I believe the officials were poor, we didn’t do enough to win the game and our options that started/on the bench weren’t good enough - these things fall squarely on the manager who has had 4 full years and is making mistakes he still shouldn’t be making. We don’t look as good as last season and that is mostly because of the erroneous decisions he’s made at the expense of our team. I am worried with the way we’re playing this season that top-4 will be an uphill battle, let alone a title race. Still a long way to go, so let’s see what happens.
I'm not understanding the Raya decision if I'm honest. I thought Ramsdale was good for you whenever I seen him play (Granted not that often). Raya was on the wrong end of conceding 5 at our place last year and looked erratic at best yesterday. The ball out of play argument clearly couldn't be proven. The Joelinton "foul" is straw clutching at best and the real peach, which I'm howling at and which is the best one.......How the **** can it be offside when the ball isn't played forward?????????
You will be top 4 easy. If you had taken some of the first half chances the game would have been won. I still maintain of the 3 decisions that there wasn’t an obvious error. Having said that if the foul by Joelinton was given I wouldn’t have been surprised. Just one of them games.
