I was sent that, by a journalist mate, and thought it was an excellent read, so much so I've posted it on the Sunderland board.

I can speak for myself, and quite a few others, and say we can now go back to liking QPR now Ainsworth has gone, you get a lot of praise on our board.
It's always a good day out at Loftus Road and the support, despite the state of things, is always good, better than most.

Going to Wycombe was always horrendous because it was total anti-football with the supporters adopting the same nasty bunker mentality.
The players obviously bought into the whole thing and their cheating clearly coached into them.
I never thought QPR was the right place for him. Your football has, over the last fifty years I've witnessed, been much better than he's capable of. The confetti of red & yellow cards was as predictable as his ludicrous post-match hyperbole.

Good luck with the next manager and your owners ...

... it's not looking good but all the supporters can do is cross your fingers, support whatever team is out there and keep your faith.

The red and yellow card situation was ridiculous.
I think we went through a season with Warburton where no one was banned for red or an accumulation of yellows and this year it is 3(4) reds and 2 bans for over 5 yellows.

Each ban removing a valuable player from our small squad

Shows the ill-discipline that Ainsworth permitted/encouraged indirectly.

I've never been a fan of cheating, protesting or generally going against the spirit of the game.

The Haka will go down as a piece of QPR history. Every time I need a laugh I watch it. Pure David Brent.
