****ing test tyres for Free Practice- so glad I pay money for Sky F1 <doh>

They do score some own goals don’t they. Goodness me.

Albon looking handy so far across these opening exchanges.

They where given 2 sets of test tyres that are a proposed C4 spec for next year.
More tricky to read times as C4 isn't one of the allocated tyres for this race.

It's looking like the minimum lap times in quali isn't working as they are blocking the pit exit to create a gap.
I wonder if Max and George will get penalised for blocking pit lane - then again Max did it last year and nothing really happened!

I think the grid will be subject to a fair few changes after the stewards review all the incidents!

Wow. Ferrari 1-2. Shame they’ll still come sixth and eighth in the race.

what did Russell get for parking in the pit lane?

if he's not got a 10 place grid penalty for it then it's a joke.

He was cleared. As were Verstappen and Alonso. Hamilton also cleared.

so next race you go out first in quali and your second car parks blocking the pit lane to prevent any other laps.

    simple, guaranteed pole.

it is absolutely ridiculous that someone can sit there and cause the pit lane to become congested with not only cars but mechanics concerned about over heating.

I presume they've done this as the special little brat was at it too?

Ahh but, he who was last on the grid anyway got a 10 place grid penalty. Great, so meaningful. I am really concerned about the direction of this sport under the management of Liberty and the FIA. It feels there is no consistency or real policing. I have questions that will never be answered about Austin.
The rules should be black and white, no interpretation, no variation.
