My point is that you'll always find things to moan about ....

... doesn't mean you have to the moment the final whistle goes.

So it looks like Mowbray has introduced him at the right time in the right game.

who me? I’m not a moaning person but if I’m not happy about something I’ll say it. I thought this was the place to do it like?

Ah right ok. I post more on away games as I watch from home due to circumstances. But I do think what I have seen on here has been fair.

Never normally reply but some absolute **** comments on here and tbh, shouldnt be at games with your negative Murray era bollocks you spout here and at the games. The lads are on a 3 game losing streak and have struggled. Go out and imo win easily even falling behind to show strength. These lads are kids and heaven forbid you have any cause if you do I'm gonna tell them how **** they are at their trade the little scutty ****ers. Appalling behaviour by grown ass men. The young lads are gonna inherit this world and you will be forgotten. Shut your mouths and help the lads. Alot of negativity when they have steadied the ship and got 3 points. Rather enjoy it and think for the future like the club is or stop coming and take yah **** comments elsewhere. Starting to piss me off reading comments from nob heads.

You're telling people we were awful despite winning, having 8 attempts on target and restricting Norwich to 2. There were some very good performances, from various players, so we can't have been that bad.

And you're saying we should just 'move on' ...

    ... no one's stopping you <laugh>

It's me reading the comments and I don't name and shame but some posts in this thread are so against our team. Read back from page 12 I think when we've won and read it. Will tell you who I'm on about.

    Good win

    Not a great performance

BUT...we are miles further forward from last season...

And a millions miles further forward than we were the season before

And on a different planet than we were the season before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that

    Lets enjoy it

think this is one of those games i need to watch the full 90 again, i can't disagree with anything posted so far...the game was scrappy and most of that was down to norwich, we really seemed to lose our grip once they scored but clawed our way back into it and in the end a win was needed, even if we had sat 10 men behind the ball to get it.

there were some good performances but our defence needs some work imho, too much wandering into the enemy lines and ballard can only repel so much.

i think that pretty much sums it up, so every point has been valid that i can see...even then, you have to be happy with a win even if the show was not top class.

It's good to see Mowbray trust him in his natural position aswell, instead of sticking him upfront or out wide. I don't really rate Matete in the position and style of player we need him to be (decent player but can't keep hold of the ball as well as we need - see Danny Baath) hopefully we see him alot more in his natural position. That said we could still do with another natural in there.
We're literally a back up cm and a forward who hits the net, hopefully it's one of our 4 already on the books, away from challenging for 2nd.

Sorry my mistake, I got the wrong idea when you said 'we were ****ing awful today take the points and run.'

Personally I thought there was a lot to appreciate today including two good team goals, great defending, a new striker to watch and a 16 year old local lad coming on ...

... he'll make a league start before long imo, great talent and, when everyone's fit, who knows how Mowbray will keep all the squad and all the supporters happy.

There were mistakes but so what. We were decent and as decent as we needed to be. Far better than Norwich.

A good performance against Leicester, a decent one today with a win. Back on track I’d say. I like it.
