I fear that, when we inevitably get relegated, we could continue falling through the leagues. Ainsworth simply has to go.
I’ll bet everything I’ve got that GA’s post match comments will include “There was nothing between the sides until the penalty”
Really poor. Forgivable if we have a go and lose it, but we went with the aim of sitting back and not conceding for as long as possible...no plan to threaten their goal. So negative. Only a year and a bit ago we were playing brilliant football and were looking brilliant, now having to watch negative, play it back then lump it forward football...just not good enough.
I’m beginning to think we would have been better off being relegated last season. I know we might have gone into freefall but perhaps we had a clause to get rid of Ainsworth if he took us down. We’re only a quarter into this one and we’re even worse. ****ing dozens more games of this garbage to come. In 51 years of following this club it’s a new low by some distance.
If Ainsworth survives past this then I'm tapping out until he's gone. The worst, negative tactics I have ever seen from a manager, nothing short of pathetic. Those travelling fans should be reimbursed for the journey. The club should let them know prior to travel that they have no intention of trying to win the game! Ainsworth goes from one guessing game to another. Absolutely pathetic, surely he can't possess any coaching badges. He's clueless
I didn’t think WBA were very good. Unfortunately, being very good is not nearly a prerequisite to beating us at the moment.
The stream I was watching said we’re a good team on paper but lacked confidence and shouldn’t be where we are. Whose fault is that? Bring in someone who can get this lot playing again. Ainsworth should do the decent thing and f*ck off.
I don’t think a team with no goals in it can be good even on paper but there is no doubt we are worse than we should be.
I have no words. I'm trying to think when it's been worse on and off the pitch in my lifetime. I can't.
