Well I have to say that was an extremely lucky 4. After guess 3, I had 4 options written down, 2 of which had the same letter so I had to plump for one of those to "guarantee" (assuming it had to be one of those 4, which wasn't a certainty by any means) a 4, 5 or 6 depending purely on luck. Got away with one there
Chart for the week. Score wise, looks like its been a good week with no fails, only x1 double bogey 6, and only x1 in the 30's club. Plenty of low/mid 20's scores, and loads of Eagle 2's and birdie 3's (@Gordon Armstrong let us down by only giving us x4 birdies this week....pull your socks up lad ). Onto Star of the Week....and what a week. With an outstanding score of 17 (seventeen).....(teletext score style) is once again Cumbriette. The record since I've done the weekly chart is 16, so only one off the record. Absolutely outstanding. Second spot goes to @flandersmackem with an excellent score of 20....a score that would win most weeks.
Somehow a rare two to start the new week. One yellow from the starting word. Probably more percentage of a pure luck than a calculated guess.
Two juicies, those and the first Hughie, then a jolly good start to the week . . . . that's the second good start to a week in a row (hence a reference to two beauties) n.b. you don't need to check last Monday's score, mind.
Lost 3-4 Struggled with this one, juicey, 2, 1 of each, took ages to sort out a par putt. Thanks for the chart again Snaggey, not a lot can be said, just keep on trying.
A par four to start One juicy Two juicies One of each Letters eliminated allowed me to sneak in with a four
