11 goals condeded in our last 3 prem games and 4 seasons on into the prem Pulis is still playing the Delap long throw ****e. Anyside that can play football will always beat Stoke as we cannot string more than 3 passes together to save our lifes. QPR did what Blackpool did last season and ran circles round us. OK the ref was probably the worst I've seen at the Brit in years but it still does not alter the fact we are garbage and threadbare in midfield.

    Analysis

    Whitehead - not good enough
    Whelan - not good enough
    Delap - not good enough
    Crouch - not good enough
    Jones - not good enough
Huth - looks a broken man
Wilko - played his heart out as per
    Shawcoss - look jaded today
Higgy - did his best but getting on now
Tommy - no chance with any of the goals
    Pennant - hardly looks interested
Ethers - couple of decent runs and that was it
Fuller - came on and just wanted to brawl
Walters - probably Stoke's only decent player at the mo

If Coates want's any return on the millions he has pumped into SCFC Pulis has to go now before he takes us down. he has no plan B and cannot motivate his players anymore. He looks like he has lost the dressing room like last season!

Deep breaths Waddo, deep breaths. If nothing else, it almost never ends well to sack a manager mid season.

I don't think Pulis could be blamed for today. He put out a decent team. Not surprised Whelan was rested after playing internationally. Not a lot Pulis can do when your defence plays like that. Going forward we looked ok.

I'd put money on Stoke still being in the Premiership next season, with Pulis as our manager. Every season we have ignorant opposition fans and disgruntled Stoke supporters saying we're dead certs for relegation. Every season they've not been right. Not even close.

I wouldn't call an FA cup final, European football, and three consecutive comfortable mid table finishes utter ****e. That's just me though.

I don't think you should let him go, he is a great manager who will help you to bounce back, he has done great things so just give him a chance,.

I take it you dont look at performances then?. If you look at ours I think you will find us very very lucky not to be in the bottom 3. Like I always say performances get results and our performances have been ****e for ages and our luck has run out.

With the greatest of respect, luck doesn't get you those sorts of achievements over 3 seasons. 1 season, perhaps, 2 seasons, pushing it, 3 seasons, not a snowball's chance. We may not be pretty to look at, but when we play our game well, and we more often than not do, we get the results. A goal from a set piece or a long ball is worth exactly the same as one from a 50-pass move, and we've been very good at the former.

agreed but personally with the amount of money we have spent we should be hoping for a biut more than "a set piece and a long ball". In my opinion utter crap!

Of course he can! We have played **** for ages now and he's ****ed about with the spine of the team - If it aint broke then dont fix it!!

He drops Begovic - why - because as a team we cant defend?

He has Placious and Wilson on the bench in favour of Delap and Whithead?

He is responsible for the team's performance end of!

You mean a walk in the park FA Cup draw and Europe by default?

I think he should play Palacios, I don't know why he signed him as he never plays,

Are you seriously a Stoke supporter mate? Wolves away, West Ham, Bolton, all good sides. Even Cardiff away doesn't qualify as a "walk in the park". Do you really hate Pulis so much that you're ready to run down your club's achievements, arguably the greatest since the early 1970s, just to confirm your opinion that one of our most successful ever managers is a waste of space? What do you think are realistic targets for Stoke to be achieving? What would Pulis have to do to stop everybody calling for his head? Would 4th spot be enough? Or would people point to the one game where he left Diego Aris-fecking-mendi out of the team, and still say he's tactically inept, an atrocious motivator, and most probably the antichrist? We're on a bad run. That happens in football. We'll pull it together, because we're a good side, and good sides do that.

to be honest mate we wont pull it together, but what we will do is lump in so many balls and bundle in so many goals that we actually avoid relegation.........but seriously is that enough for you?..........because its not for me!!.
