Just watched a 5 part drama on ITVX called "Malpractice", set in a hospital (first aired in April this year, but still available on the itv.com website).

    Exceptional watch imo

Found this background article about the ex-doctor who wrote the "fictional' story, based somewhat on her experiences whilst practicing medicine. I glanced a poster in one of the scenes that was a map of Leeds.

Couple of episodes off finishing Snowfall.

    Been really good.

Between Disney (I would have to check) and BBC, you can get all 6 seasons.

Been to the flicks this afternoon to see The Great Escaper.

Not the best film I've ever seen by any means, but Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson? Wow, they could act.

Didn't see it but I was informed that today could be my lucky day; today could be the golden touch.

And I'm too orangy for crows, apparently.

I've just finished that Jimmy Saville programme The Reckoning. Obviously Steve Coogan is scarily brilliant with his portrayal but I found it very confusing with the time jumps to the past and then to his present end of life.
It all seemed to be now, then, now, then, now, then.....

Belatedly got up to and finished Season 2 of Wheel of Time and it's so much better than season 1, although it could just be that I've come to terms with it not following the books very much.

    Sat Oct 21st '23.

For those fans of Fleetwood Mac and all the incarnations thereof - a quasi box-set of 4 music documentaries exists tonight on BBC 2.

    Starts 8:25 p.m. Sat, finishes 2:00 a.m. Sunday GMT.

(45 mins of "Later with Jules Holland" interjects around 10:30 pm).

Suppose they'll be available on BBC iPlayer for a spell (month?). Lots of mammaries.

A fascinating musical link between Buddy Holly, Tommy Roe and Fleetwood Mac emerged during the process af watching the chain of shows I thought !
