    Absolutely shocking!

Two Swedish football fans were shot dead ahead of Euro qualifier in Brussels against Belgium tonight…

The perpetrator remains on the loose and is reportedly near the stadium.

    Brussels on highest terrorism alert.

Game, at half-time, has not been called off by football authorities but players are reportedly refusing to emerge for the second half.

It’s disgraceful tbh. Two fans killed and the game goes ahead with a gunman on the loose? Beggars belief!

Indeed! The authorities have forgotten why people play and watch football and all they can see is money

****, that's absolutely terrible. That could literally be any football fans - just ordinary people going to a game.

Match was abandoned with fans still not allowed to leave the stadium.
    Possibly more deaths.

The security situation in Europe is shocking, including us in that ofc.

Couple fans going abroad to watch their nation, a dream for tons of people and it's ended by a maniac.

Apparently the person was Arabic. Shooting linked to terrorism.

The game shouldn’t have gone ahead. But possibly the safest place for the fans was in the stadium as the shooter was outside. Having said that if he had got inside. Shudders.

    Still not caught.

The world is a ****ty place.

He's been caught and was shot dead by all accounts.

Apparently linked to the fact that some Swedes have been burning the Quran in a protest of sorts to Sweden joining Nato and being flooded with immigrants. Gunman had stated he was going to kill Swedes.

Shock horror, the sky is blue and water is wet...

Unfortunately, the few ruin it for the many but IMO religion, as a whole, is a total farce and should be gotten rid of. Fairies in the sky that people get all wound up over and kill for? Get the **** outta here!

Abolish the lot of them and the world will be a simpler place - people just need to accept when you pass you're eaten by the worms and the bugs and you give up your energy back to the planet, you should not need a fairy tale sky kingdom to save you from the reality of finality.

Leave your mark here and now in a positive way and you might be remembered - 99.999...% of us will be lost to the passage of time, and that's before the world is engulfed by the sun or some other prior apocalyptic event that wipes all trace of us on this planet out.

Live and love in the moment, each day - who knows, it could be your last.

RIP to those who lost their live over nothing. Absolutely ****ing tragic.

Basically the likes of Winston Churchill, Florence Nightingale, Alexander the Great, Einstein, Thomas Crapper, Rosa Parks, Charles Darwin, Leo Da Vinci, William Shakespeare, Walt Disney - people in that category who are remembered in the history books for changing the way we see the world. Not sure there is anyone alive today of that magnitude tbh. Maybe Steven Hawkins is the closest we'll get to seeing?

The rest of us get a headstone that'll crumble to dust eventually and be forgotten about in 50-100 years if your lucky. No one will remember the majority of the most famous of celebrities of our time in 100/200 years time, they'll be lost forever in the grand scheme of it all.
