It's important that they do dramas about the Yorkshire Ripper and Jimmy Savile and that they do them well with strong casts, they have certainly done that with The Long Shadow and The Reckoning.
Cos Boiling Point has come back as a 4 part series I thought I’d rewatch the film again before I watched any of the series. Brilliant I thought, still. Claustrophobic, tense, and brilliantly acted (I wondered whether it was a bit improvised) I will watch the series, but I like that it was one of those films that leaves everything unresolved, so not sure whether I’ll be disappointed
Some of the cast were on Saturday Kitchen yesterday and one of them said that all of the dialogue was improvised. The entire film was created and filmed in a week, which sounded both impressive and unusual.
I thought it was pretty good, I had forgotten how nasty it had for him after the sending off, credit to him for coming through that, can't have been easy.
Caught my wife watching it the other night. I will bever understand the fascination with them. He was a world class footballer for little under a decade, but can't see that him or his wife had 'that' interesting life experiences worth the media coverage at the time or were worth all the interviews. Earned ****loads of money and promoted themselves extremely well. He certainly must have had a difficult time with the media glare after 1998, but then he was happy to lie about his affair with that attractive girl and throw her to the media scrum, so not exactly the kindest or most empathetic of person.
The Morning Show Pretty good And with Jennifer Anniston and reece Witherspoon it’s well worth watching both on my to do list
Working my way through it slowly but surely Ex mrs’ mates Ex female colleagues I worked with but didn’t do out but coulda done that sorta thing And tinder obviously I’ll get there eventually
Just watched them back to back and the new one works, even though Kelsey Grammer is the only original cast member.
