That goat court case was from years ago, kid. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Just realised I missed ‘not’ out I actually want a football answer - come on ‘would be managers ‘let’s be ‘avin you’ ’
Seri is doing what Rosenior tells him to in fairness. If you had anyone else deeper we’d not see the ball come out our half. It’s slow, but that’s what the manager wants…
I thought we got the ball quite quickly up to traore on quite a few occasions during the game. In the first half he would take a couple of touches and then play it back losing any momentum.in the second half he started turning with the ball but once again he would take two or three touches before laying it off. My point is that inviting the press and playing around it is a wasted risk if the ball is then returned to the defence. If traore is to make it for us in the championship, he needs to up his game. In my opinion.
I know, but if Seri is out at any point, I don’t think we have a player who can do what he does, so I would think there’d be less messing around without him.
Obviously my memory recall is better than yours, although your memories will stretch back way further. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Agree on this with Traore actually, again though I do believe players are being told to retain possession first over taking a risk. These situations you’ve mentioned I remember, her didn’t really have any runners aside from Delap so opted for possession but by that point they’d all recovered.
