please log in to view this image Saturday 7th October 12.30pm Premier League Kenilworth Road No injury news yet, but Perisic, Sessegnon, Lo Celso, Bentancur, Johnson and Whiteman are still out. Solomon joins them, according to an Israeli journalist. Should be confirmed tomorrow. Neither side has any suspensions. Lineups for each side's last league game: Spurs: Vicario; Porro, Romero, van de Ven, Udogie; Sarr, Bissouma, Maddison; Kulusevski, Son, Richarlison. Subs: Forster, Emerson, Phillips, Davies, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Soloman, Donley, Veliz. League form: WWWWDW. Luton: Kaminski; Bell, Lockyer, Mengi; Kabore, Nakamba, Mpanzu, Doughty; Ogbene, Brown; Morris. Subs: Krull, Andersen, Burke, Giles, Johnson, Berry, Chong, Woodrow, Adebayo. League form: LLLDWL. Ref: John Brooks. He's reffed us once in the league and we lost. VAR: Michael Oliverpool. TV: TNT/BT Sport 1. How would you like to line up for this one and how do you think we actually will line up?
They're away at City in April. Probably not going to relegate them this time, I'm afraid. The reverse may be a possibility, though.
As we have the chance to go top (until Sunday at least), you know 100% we will lose this game. There is no other possible outcome
I would go with the same team that caused the biggest footballing crime in history last weekend. Probably replace Richarlison with Johnson if he is fit enough. If he’s not, our forward options from the bench are pretty thin
Was at that match...that was when he was first moved into midfield for us. Iirc the foodlifhts went out during the match too
The first true test of Ange's 'Spursy' credentials after good results against the Goons and the Mousers, we have the favourites for relegation to go top of the league, in the past that only means one thing are the New Spurs made of sterner stuff? Will we have any fit attackers? Same team if they are all available.
Same team, though I think we need to be careful with Son. We really can’t afford to lose him to a long term injury and if this niggling groin problem needs a game or two’s rest, I’d rather rest him for a couple matches than lose him for loads. With all respect to Luton, if there’s an opponent where Veliz can make his full debut, these would be high on the list. Hopefully Gil makes the squad, especially with the Solomon news.
The real problem is that he'll go off and play every second for Korea after this. They've got two friendlies and it's totally unnecessary, but I doubt he'll pull out.
He's injured for months, according to a supposedly reliable Israeli journalist. I doubt he'd lie about it, so we should find out 100% tomorrow.
Training video: Didn't notice anyone missing from last week's squad, apart from Solomon. Lo Celso's back. Donley and Dorrington are training with the first team regularly, now. I keep thinking that I glimpse another one too, but I can't pick anyone out. Odd.
