I didn't say that so dont quote me as doing so. Elderly people get dementia. They always have done if they played football or not. Dementia hasn't just been discovered either, It is sadly a fact of life. Tell me, Doctor Kildare, do all ex footballers suffer from dementia?
Goalkeeper to defender, defender to goalkeeper, goalkeeper to defender, defender to defender, 100% accurate passes, then defender passes it outside of our area, bleedin' stats! The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Was talking in terms of scoring and conceding goals. We have scored 14 from 10.2 xG and conceded 9 from 11.2 xGA That suggests the problem is creating good chances, not putting them away.
It's easy to pass to a fellow defender standing a few yards from you while the opponents get organised
1st in the league at medium progressive passes and 6th in the league at long progressive passes. But you know apparently we are inaccurate
Also not easy to pass long and medium ranges progressively of which we really excel at compared to our opponents
I'd take your first four words over any stat waffle every day of the week, sadly stat waffle doesn't garner extra points. Abridged version, apart from goals for and against, stats are nowt. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Because the passing around the back opens up the opportunities. Aimlessly playing it long wouldn't work
