He hasnt stood much racing so I am encouraged that he reappears only off a 30 day break. Standout price with the Stoke mob and likely to go off at less than half of that. Jockey has placed on him on their only partnership and is a major plus point.
An eye-catching pedigree caught my eye in the opener at Galway - On The Banks is by Walk In The Park out of a half-sister to Harchibald. She didn't show very much in 3 points - but with that breeding you'd hardly expect her to thrive over 3 miles so she could well outrun her massive odds today (150/1 with Bet365). Despite two Closutton runners (likely well down the pecking order in the yard) this is a pretty weak contest and a quid each way on On The Banks might prove rewarding.
