Can we all just sit there and when 1-0 down and almost give a second goal away by being reckless, instead of getting frustrated in the heat of the moment, break into spontaneous applause for the tactic, just like every other fan does at every game in the country. We should be ashamed of ourselves really. And don’t think Rosie is using his angst against the fans as a deflecting tactic as no-one would ever do that. Every time Macca gets to the halfway line and then passes it back to Allsop, don’t get annoyed, give him the confidence to keep doing it. No other sets of supporters ever do it to their team, let’s not be the outlier when watching.

Honestly out of all the draws that was by far the most entertaining. Some really good stuff on display for large parts. Plymouth are no mugs either. I know its frustrating but we are averaging out at just under 2 points a game which is playoff form. The wins at home will come as well. Much tougher test on Tuesday coming up

These three 1-1 draws and the 0-0 against Leeds. It’s all fine margins. Traore doesn’t miss his sitter, keeper today watches ball bounce off his outstretched leg into the goal it’s another four points. Everybody’s happy.

But it's not a choice between applauding and booing, it's a choice between booing and not booing. We can all make our own decisions, I've never booed a City player or team in more than 50 years of watching, and I didn't start today.

I don’t agree with fans booing, especially as we’re having a decent season so far. Liam
should focus on the team and performance etc and leave the fans out of it, unless it’s a positive comment. Even if Liam is right it’s always risky to criticise the support.

I don't understand what some fans think booing our team and players will do ?

Do they think it will make them play better ?

Probably the opposite of what they expect when they cheer.

They probably think booing will shame the players into pulling up their socks and putting in more effort?

Must remember to "educate" myself before the next game as to how pratting around at the back at 1 down, almost gifting them two more in the process, is a good tactic.

I didn't hear any booing, just howls of anguish at the two **** ups that almost gifted them goals in the space of two minutes

People pay good money to watch a match. Whilst I personally would never boo, they’re entitled to vocalise their disapproval as much as their approval.

Some Neanderthal’s still come expecting route one stuff, and are all too quick to start moaning. But that ****show in the first half was just asking from trouble.

    Pretty accurate summary by sky.....

Hull, albeit attractive on the eye and competent in possession, were, offensively, short of ideas for most of the game.

'Maybe I have to work harder to educate the fans in the way that we play which is disappointing' - talk about rattling my cage.

If the great man decides to run a night class I might bob along. I've only been watching this football club for 60 years and you're never too old to learn something new from a 39yo kid. Perhaps he'll bring along his manager's winning medals and trophies to support his claim his way is the only way to succeed. I think Tan will give him a gentle nudge again to stop messing around so much in the first half of games. This team is top 6 quality when it is allowed to play to its strengths and without fear. I'm really angry when I read crap like that and could go on all night but its time to take the cat for a walk.

Well his tactics work well enough away from home... Maybe he's doing that old manager trick of shouldering the burden of responsibility to help the players out a bit.

Bollocks. He knows he's onto something.

Give him your support. End of the day if you give him enough rope and he hangs himself with it then it's on him.

But I don't see it happening any time soon.

Sick of hearing about tactics. It's the same go-to every time we don't win. If you watch that game today and conclude that tactics or playing out from the back were the problem then I'm sorry but you're clearly just totally ignoring what you're seeing and going with the familiar narrative instead.

We were by miles the better side and created plenty. Any talk of us being too slow, too negative or any of these other cliches is just bollocks. We should've scored 3 or 4. The single reason we didn't, once again, was piss poor finishing and final passes. I'm as frustrated as anyone by a game like that, but not at tactics. I'm frustrated at Philogene's crosses and shots going miles off the pitch repeatedly, at Traore having 5 shots off target, none of them anywhere near, including somehow putting a header over the bar after he had to stoop to meet it, at Slater driving towards the box with two runners ahead of him and just having a stupid pot-shot, at Christie early on driving into the box in loads of space and ending up just giving it away with us outnumbering them in the box, at Vinagre getting into good positions and doing nothing with it every time. There were others too, just so many shots off target and wasted opportunities. It was exactly the same against Coventry. I don't know if it's composure or what but it's just consistent wastefulness time after time. Philogene set the tone in the first few minutes when he sat the full back down and then put a cross in that went beyond everyone and went out for a goal kick at the back post. At that moment I thought back to Preston last season where Pelkas wasted a big chance early on and it set the tone and we went on to waste everything and draw 0-0. At Stoke last week we took our chances early on and killed the game off, that's the difference.

And at the other end, we can't keep conceding a token goal every home game when the opposition barely creates anything. We toil over 20 shots and 11 corners and score one. They get one break all game and score one. That's really becoming a theme.
