Probably toughest game so far. Mansfield best team last season against us and unbeaten so far Gills 0 Mansfield 2 ( Adkins Davis)
Strangely enough gioblues has predicted the very score I intended to place before seeing his comment - also I'm keeping in mind peglegs plea that I start predicting Gills loses again to return to winning ways. Well fate is clearly telling me something with a 0-2 scoreline so it need to be done, I can't be arsed to look up scorers for them (even though I can see gio's), as I don't normally bother in such situations anyway... Gills 0-2 Mansfield I do hope I'm wrong because poor Neil Harris is going to get so much stick if we lose. Not from me I hasten to add.
Mansfield are unbeaten but have drawn most away games if we can play like we did first half against Morecombe we could win this but we are due a draw so I am going. Gills1(Bonne to get his first goal) Mansfield Town 1 (Maris)
Firstly we were outdone by better tactics last week. Still cannot understand why Turner picked the ball up after Emher passed it back?????. The resulting goal was very well taken, a tadge lucky but good. We are up against another great Gaffer this afternoon and he will take note of what Donnie did last week and will have us on the back foot from the start. I feel another 2-1 but they have only drawn playing away this season MKB 1 v 2 Mansfield. ( Keillor-Dunn, Oates and Bonne )
