Sao Paulo's last major trophy came in 2012
Lucas Moura scored in the final of the Copa Sudamericana, their Europa League equivalent.
He returned this year after an 11 year absence and they've won again.
Didn't score this time, but they've won their first Copa Do Brasil, which is their FA Cup.
This also qualifies them for the group stage of the Copa Libertadores, which is a nice bonus.

Markanday and Etete both started and scored for their respective sides, too:

Both very nicely worked goals with impressive finishes. <applause>
The Sigurdsson that scored and had a penalty saved is not that one.

Typical of us to sell the only person from that 19/20 summer that actually resembles a footballer.

Madness he never got chances whilst Fat boy, the glass Argy and Sessegnope (have) had plenty.

The fact he was the player that was constantly singled out as the worst signing of that summer for a good couple of years when Nom Belly was looking like we'd been sold a very expensive pup continues to be a headscratcher

I’d say Sessegnon was the worst of the lot overall. Dreadful in every aspect and injured for probably 65-70% of his Spurs career.

It’s quite possibly the worst summer we’ve ever had as a club though… and we went the previous season without signing a bloody player!

3 truly dog awful players and one promising player that never got a chance. You couldn’t make it up.

    Bellingham B with the assist.

Clarke scored twice and Pritchard assisted the other goal. A win made in Tottenham. <whistle>
Wednesday are in deep **** and their owner's pulled his money out, too.
You can see why Darren Moore walked away after getting them promoted.

He resembles a footballer...in the Championship. He's certainly made tremendous progress but let's not get carried away. Sessegnon himself tore the championship to pieces as a teenager but couldn't hack the jump up to the PL. Not at all uncommon especially as the money in the top division increases exponentially.

What irked me personally about the Clarke signing was that it was totally unnecessary as we were well stocked in those positions. What we really needed was to spend a similar amount on a Llorente replacement as proper cover for Kane. We didn't, Kane got injured, then Son got injured and I guarantee you had it not been for the COVID delay that allowed them time to recover, we would have been fighting relegation that season.

Poch always liked a pacey winger on the bench, so from that standpoint Clarke made a lot of sense - and him being HG also helped, as before that the pacey bench wingers always ate up a Non HG spot in spite being squad players like N'Jie and Nkoudou

What ultimately messed him up was the loan back to Leeds, as they were over their limit for loanees and Clarke was the easiest player to not include in matchday squads as he wasn't a regular starter, so he lost six months of his development right off the bat - and when we course corrected in January, just as he was getting a run of games at QPR is when Lockdown came in and he was back to not playing

TBH he'd have been better off in our U21s that season

Sanchez was arguably at fault for both Utd goals, but ok! <laugh>
